MUD does exactly as it says. MUD is fantastic as a pre workout boost and great as a post work out replenishing drink as well. I love just slamming down a drink of MUD at any time of the day for a boost of yummy iced Mocha. Easy on the stomach and totally nourishing. I like oat milk. chuck it into the shaker and BOOM! I love MUD and recommend MUD too :)
