How do I use Tripwire?

A TRiPWIRE is a ready-to-mix premium concentrated fuel shot. Simply mix 3 scoops with 2 ounces of water in a handheld or belt flask for one 100 calorie serving of TRiPWIRE fuel shot. Drink an additional 6-10oz of water per serving. Use 2-3 servings per hour.
